The following are descriptions of the weekly and monthly classes held at Unity Center. Classes may be cancelled or postponed, so please check the Calendar before you come to the Center.

The Workbook Lessons
A Course in Miracles Class
with Rev. Shawn Moninger
Mondays at 10:00 am
“The purpose of the workbook is to train your mind in a systematic way to a different perception of everyone and everything in the world.” Also, do not allow yourself to make exceptions in applying the ideas the workbook contains, and whatever your reactions to the ideas may be, use them. It is their use that will give them meaning to you, and will show you that they are true.
The Thought Exchange
A Workshop with David Friedman
Mondays at 7:00 pm
In this workshop, developed by David, we explore the notion that our lives and the situations we see before us are a reflection of our thoughts. We sit in a circle and, on a voluntary basis (nobody has to speak) we look at a situation in our lives, trace what thought might be underlying it, pick a new thought, and see what changes occur in our lives in the following weeks. We thus get to experience, first hand, how simply taking on a new thought affects our lives. We leave the workshop knowing how to use this powerful technique to change what is appearing in our lives. This workshop is offered on a love offering basis.
A Course In Miracles
Facilitated by Joan Goss
Wednesdays at 10:00 am and Thursdays at 7:00 pm
Join us as we discover the way to universal love and peace—or remembering God— by undoing guilt through forgiving others. We will focus on the healing of relationships and making them holy. The Course is a complete self-study spiritual thought system. The Course expresses a non-sectarian, non-denominational spirituality and is therefore a universal teaching, not a religion. “Nothing real can be threatened. Nothing unreal exists. Herein lies the peace of God.” This class is offered on a love offering basis.
